Be Kind To Your Mind Print

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Week, I’ve created a new Be Kind To Your Mind print. This year’s theme is connection with nature so I’ve added a touch of foliage to this lady’s hair and drawn her dreaming under the stars. I drew her while thinking about how I feel when I’m walking in nature. It’s something that I rely on daily to keep myself in balance and to help me to feel more grounded. While I walk, I really take time to look at the trees, to feel the fresh air around me and to marvel at the detail in flowers and blossom. Such a beautiful simple thing that we can all do to be kind to our minds.
